With over 20 years in the flow business, he provides critical input to the marketing and engineering teams for product development based on customer and industry needs. Jim’s flow proficiency is based on many years of real-life product experience derived through vast customer interaction in the field while providing product and application assistance. Prior to his current position, Jim managed production, technical support and quality assurance for the Sigma line of flow and sampling products, a Hach-Company Brand.
